ความนี้เอาสักสอง Word: ครับ Get on (= enter a vehicle) "ขึ้นรถ"คำนี้เป็นคำง่ายอีกคำที่เราท่านน่าจะพูดกันบ้างเพื่อชินกับภาษาอังกฤษครับ " I get on the bus at this stop every morning" ฉันขึ้นรถเมล์ที่ป้ายนี้ทุกเช้า He got on the train at Hua lumpong station. คำนี้ยังแปลว่าขี่ด้วยครับท่าน.(mount) เช่นขี่ม้า (horse) ขี่ลา (donkey)
"Herry up! Get on your hores and fowlow me" เร้วๆ เข้า!ขี่ม้าตามฉันมา.
ทีนี่ก็ Get off ( = leave avehicle ) เมื่อขึ้นแล้วก็ต้องลงชิครับพี่น้องครับจะขึ้นไปใหนอีก ลงจากรถมีความหมายตรงกันข้ามกับ get on และใช้ได้กับยวดยานอย่างเดียวกัน "My daughter usually gets offthe bus at a corner of the street when she comes back from school. ลูกสาวของฉันมักจะลงรถเมล์ที่มุมถนนนั้นเมื่อเขากับจากโรงเรียน. What station shall we got off the train (เราจะลงรถไฟที่สถานีอะไร..?)
Put on (= place upon oneself-said of clothes ) คำนี้แปลว่าสวม เน้นกริยาอาการสวมใส่ "Thai students wear uniforms. หรือThe teacher is wearing a new tie today วันนี้ครูฝูกเนคไทเส้นใหม่ประมารนี้ครับ..ส่วน Take off แปลว่า ถอดครับ..จะถอดอะไรก็คุยกันดีนะครับ หึ หึ....!
